If you're a regular web user then you'll already appreciate that buying via a
secure web server is as safe as buying over the counter.
Your Privacy
We will not use your personal data for anything other than satisfying your
orders, although we may contact you (by email) with news on special offers and
exclusive products from our e-WebShop.

We reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholders billing address.
If you are requesting an alternative delivery address please fill in the
alternative Delivery Information at the Check-out stage of your order, along
with your card billing address in the Customer Information area. You may be
asked to provide us with proof of your address at anytime. If you refuse to
provide us with this evidence, your order will be cancelled. This is to prevent
credit card fraud. If you are using a credit card not belonging to yourself, you
must give the cardholder's full name and address & telephone number. We will
then contact the cardholder to obtain approval. Use of stolen credit cards will
result in the appropriate police/authority being notified and we do take court
action in all cases.
Packaging
All products are mailed 1st Class in strong, secure packaging and (for the UK)
on request can be sent by Recorded Delivery. We advise you to ensure somebody be
present at the delivery address if Recorded Delivery is requested as all items
require a signature upon receipt. As soon as the goods are delivered and signed
for they become your responsibility and no claim can be made for non-delivery.
Delivery Costs
Please note that all the prices quoted are inclusive of postage and packaging,
for delivery within the United Kingdom by 1st Class mail only. For all special
deliveries within United Kingdom, and for deliveries to Europe and the Rest of
the World we will email you at the email address submitted to advise you of any
further delivery costs prior to adding to your order. On acceptance by you of
the delivery costs for your location the order will then proceed. If your order
is returned to us 'undelivered' due to circumstances beyond our control, you
will be held responsible for all re-shipping costs.
Delivery Times
All delivery times listed below are estimates, and we are not responsible for
any consequential losses you may suffer if the courier/postal service do not
deliver on time for whatever reason.

Missing orders
If you do not receive your order (please check 'delivery times' above before
contacting us) please telephone +44 01851 870521
(Mon-Fri 9am-5.00pm) or send an email to: shop@rainbowroses.co.uk.
with subject: "Missing Order" along with your Order ID number, full
name, address and date of order.
Uk Customers:
If your goods do not arrive within 7 working days please contact us at Rainbow Roses
to confirm that your order has been shipped and that we have your correct
delivery address details. Normal delivery time after dispatch is approximately 2
to 7 days.
Overseas Customers:
If your goods do not arrive within 28 days of dispatch first contact us at Rainbow Roses
to confirm that your order has been shipped and that we have your correct
delivery details. We cannot investigate lost or missing parcels until 28 days
have elapsed.
Returns Procedure
Faulty & Damaged Goods:
If goods arrive in a damaged/defective condition you must notify us within 7
days of date of delivery. We will then replace the item once it has been
returned to us.
If the goods are returned and found not to be defective, they will be returned
to you and you will then be charged for any administration and return carriage
costs. It is essential that your order be returned to us in the original
packaging to which it was sent to you.
Unwanted Items:
We can only accept returns for unwanted items if they are returned in original
condition and un-spoilt. In the case of such refunds an exchange or credit note
will be issued for later use. Refunds are given at the discretion of the company
management.

Please also include a covering letter explaining the reason for return and your
requirements. There is no need to return the whole order if only one item is
incorrect or faulty.
Your Legal Requirements:
We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to return an
order there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. You
must also return the goods to us at your cost to our returns department and we
advise you to ensure the goods are adequately packaged and insured during their
return journey.
General Information
LIABILITY:
Rainbow Roses accepts no responsibility for fraudulent credit card
transactions that may occur as a result of credit card details being placed on
the Internet.
YOUR ORDER:
We make every effort to ensure the goods we supply are of the highest quality,
reach you in original/good condition, and are delivered promptly as stated on
our website.
Purchasing From Us:
By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to
use your personal details for the purposes of supplying said goods (including
passing your personal details onto couriers & other subcontractors).
Personal details can be removed from our database by written request. If you
have submitted your email address to our email marketing system you may remove
your details by sending an e-mail to
shop@rainbowroses.co.uk.
stating "Remove me from your list" in the subject heading. No property
or title of the goods shall pass from Rainbow Roses to the customer
until payment has been received in full.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS:
All orders and special offers are subject to availability. We will always inform
you if an item is not in stock at the time when you place your order.

Please remember all orders are subject to availability. Our terms &
conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
Import Duty & Taxes:
It is your responsibility as the customer to pay all applicable customs fees and
taxes for your country. If you refuse to pay these charges then your order may
be abandoned and you will lose your goods as well as your money. These taxes are
only applicable for non UK & non European union countries.
Disclaimer:
We may refuse to take an order if, in the circumstances we feel you have given
us false or misleading information which, could be deemed as a commercial threat
to Rainbow Roses. We reserve the right to amend our terms and
conditions at any time without prior notification. We do not distribute customer
details or e-mail addresses to third parties. Marketing e-mails are only sent to
consenting mailing list subscribers and your details can be removed at any time.
Data Protection & Privacy
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in
accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). The type of information we will
collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address
& credit/debit card details. We may use technology to track the patterns of
behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie"
which would be stored on your PC and which retains your name and address only.
It is usually possible to modify your browser setup to prevent this happening.
You also have the option of disallowing our "name & address"
cookie on our web site. The information collected in this way can be used to
